• Obtain quotes from Insurers on the basis of the client’s requirements and after scrutiny send them for client’s approval.
• Negotiate with the Insurer on behalf of the client for better coverage, rates and terms.
• As a facilitator between the Insured and the Insurer, advice the clients on various issues and conclude insurance contracts on their behalf.
• Ensure payment of premium in time, correctness of the document.
• In the interest of our client we suggest cost effective policies and would review their requirement periodically.
• Out of various insurance products available with various Insurers, we would identify the best that meets the requirements of our client. If necessary, we would modify or conceive tailor made policies and negotiate for best rates, terms and conditions in the interest of our client.
• We handle the entire claims process on our client’s behalf and take responsibility for a satisfactory settlement.
• We take care of renewals well in time.
